- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2 stars because the lady who answered was nice enough but gave very incorrect information. We are expecting a package sometime today and we needed to run some errands so we were looking for a narrower time window (instead of the standard "by the end of the day") so we wouldn't miss our delivery. The gal said there was no way they would be able to find out that information because they were just a local store and even the "1-800 number" wouldn't be able to help us. I decided to call the main 1-800 number just in case. The guy looked at the drivers records and said he is VERY consistent in "this" 2 hour window for our location. I understand that maybe the local employees can't access that information but saying no one can help us was not correct. Huge thanks to UPS's main customer service line for helping free up our day. :DBy Kendra Elliott, December 05, 2016
