- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I started working for Matt in March 2011. He is a wonderful boss, and a great agent. After watching him interact with our customers every day, I decided to become one myself, since I knew I couldn't find a better agent anywhere else. I am very happy with this agency and my Allstate policies. Matt always has the best interests of our customers at heart, and is great at explaining the different coverage options and making sure that your coverage matches your needs. He is always more concerned about the customer, rather than the sale. I think that his leadership makes the rest of us staff better at what we do. We are trained that customer service always comes first and he never fails to lead by example.
